I talk a lot, with small input from my students I do not talk much, because my students are working independently It depends on the day whether I'm talking a lot or my students are the ones doing the talking I have content that I show to the class and then I lead a discussion about it None When you look at your desk, what do you see? I see the desk. There aren't many papers or items covering it. I like it clean. I see stacks of papers to grade/hand out It depends on what we are working on in that particular part of the curriculum. I don't have many things on the desk because my students' work is mostly digital None My students would describe me as: Strict Laid Back Firm, but fair A story teller None I see the curriculum as: Something that has to be followed each and every day. Something that the students need to understand in however they are most comfortable. A guideline for me to use when I'm writing my lesson plans. A framework that I can use to create independent assignments for my students to do on their own None My coworkers describe me as: Comfortable talking in front of a large group. Someone great at making up plans last-minute. Someone who knows the content very well. Someone who knows their students very well. None My favorite part about teaching is: Watching my students learn to be more mature and intentional in their actions. Seeing the AHA moments when my students master a new skill. Seeing my students enjoy something that I enjoy. Hearing the questions that my students come up with. None I often feel like: I have a lot on my plate. I can prioritize my time. I delegate most of the work to my students. I do a lot of work at the beginning of a unit and then it's easier. None Time's up
